Hi my name is Rose and I would like to welcome you to Step into Life Torquay. Situated on Elephant Walk along the Esplanade with a spectacular backdrop of the foreshore, I am offering group personal training in a fun friendly outdoor environment for ALL people, ages, body types and fitness levels.

I am committed to ensuring that my clients receive individual attention, with monitored reports and programs, tracking your progress towards your goals and achievements.
