I have worked as a trainer for over 17 years and am passionate about fitness, exercise and the benefits that it can bring to your life.
As a working mother of 2, I also understand the difficulty in establishing and maintaining a healthy level of fitness. If you are looking to get results try doing it outdoors with me at Step into Life Kellyville.
