No matter what your age or fitness level you will enjoy Step into Life group exercise in the historic and magnificent grounds of Boronia Park, Hunters Hill. A variety of fun workouts encompassing toning, cardio-vascular fitness and flexibility is on offer with the aim of helping you achieve your own goals whether it be the loss of a few kilos or running a marathon.
A recently retired scientist, I am a Fully Qualified Instructor with many years of participation in outdoor adventure activities and triathlons, and have recently achieved what previously seemed impossible by the completion of a full Ironman. I pledge to work with you to meet your goals, if necessary in conjunction with what your medical practitioners recommend for you. I can help you achieve what you always thought impossible and then achieve more.
