Nick founded Northside Fitness in January 2009 and is on a Mission to inspire those new to exercise, stressed out by life, intimidated by gyms, or just time poor, to lead a healthier lifestyle through regular exercise, good nutrition and a positive outlook.
Nick has a passion for triathlons and endurance cycling, and since moving to Brisbane from the UK regularly competes in the Mooloolaba and Noosa Triathlons, the 160km Noosa cycle, the 100km Brisbane to Gold Coast cycle and the Mt Coot-tha Bike Challenge. Further afield, he has run the New York City Marathon (3:30:06).
