What to expect
Graeme is a dedicated CrossFit addict. He holds a Level 1 Crossfit qualification and has completed Gymnastic, Olympic Lifting and Kettlebell qualifications also. His training style is based around CrossFit and is modified for each client to suit their fitness and goals.
He uses any equipment that is available to you at your home or home gym as well as playgrounds, sand dunes, obstacle courses, running tracks, walls, sports fields etc. Every workout is functional and varied!
Graeme is available for individual and group session’s outdoors (beach, park etc), at-home, apartment gyms, and business facilities.
