I am passionate about fitness, health and nutrition, I have always loved sports and being active when I was younger I participated in gymnastics, netball and soccer and now enjoy keeping fit by doing CrossFit training and Boxing. I have a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Food, I am currently studying doing my Masters. I have had 5 years experience in the nutrition industry and believe you are what you eat!
My goal as a personal trainer is to see you achieve your goals that you set. I will educate, motivate and inspire you to reach your health and fitness goals to help you become the best person you can be not only to help you achieve your goals but to also develop a positive mind set and mental strength to keeping striving for your goals.
I will design a fitness and nutrition program that is fun and effective targeting your goals, that will help you enjoy training and I will also coach you with the skills to make training apart of your life to get moving and to eat better.
