Boot Camps Australia in Paddington/Milton engage in a series of training sessions designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten the body. The training regimes are physically and mentally challenging and our members feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each session! We cater for all fitness levels. There is no need to be shy or scared to come and train. Everyone is friendly and is there to do some training get a little fitter and most importantly have some fun! If group sessions are not your thing we also offer Personal training, both 1 on 1 sessions and small groups. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call for any more information
