Bondi Vixen provides Fitness for the Bondi Beach Babes wanting a strong and challenging outdoor group workout focusing on all the essential body parts that a Beach Babe requires to look super HOT in a bikini!
Bookings for Personal Training can also be made at a time that suits you!
Check the timetable for group classes on the website, as you are welcome to join any of the Beach Babe classes and work at your own intensity. The key point of difference is that all group classes are small in size to ensure 100% attention is on you to provide a personal training effect and value for money.
Vix’s services have evolved over the past 20 years offering clients expert knowledge and experience in all aspects of health, fitness and nutrition. Mums & Bubs Classes combines all the elements that a new mum and mum-to-be needs in a fitness program to target specific areas affected by pregnancy.
Mama Moves offers a specific and unique type of class for this specialised group. Boxercise workout: A circuit format combining Cardio, Boxing, and Total Body Conditioning exercises which Increases Fitness and Weight loss, Stretch & Strengthens your body, Firms your tummy and creates Long, Lean, Toned muscles.
