Boot Camp

I am amazed at the number of Boot Camp trainers who write 'We don't shout or put you down". Have any of you actually been in the military?



I have seen so many boot camps in Sydney and consider them not much more than group training with some camo hat wearing instructors thrown in. Duping the participants in to thinking they are getting the real thing.



Military instruction is direct has purpose and is proven to work. Military instructors do not put you down. They build you up!!



As to shouting, a single military instructor is expected to control up to 100 men or women in a physical training session. Of course there is yelling, how else can the commands be passed to those participating?
