Local News:



A big congratulations to all of the runners that


completed the City to Surf, bridge run and half


marathon over the past month.


After so much work put in during the cardio


packages it was great to see you all achieve such


great times.


 


Queens Park will be running a fitness test


Saturday 17th October starting at 915am.

This will give you an opportunity to gauge where


your fitness is at and to set new goals for the next


8 weeks.


I will organise muffins and drinks so please RSVP


by email.


I have a goal to get 2 trainers to a lot more of our


sessions. This allows greater instruction for you


and a chance to gain some new information. For


this to happen we need to grow our class sizes. If


you are enjoying your sessions please spread the


word and encourage any friends to come and try


what we do. It is a fantastic time of year to do what


we do best kick butt outdoors!
