Workout to Burn Fat and Gain Muscle

Description:

Incorporate Plyometric exercises with High Intensity Interval Training to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. This workout features squat jumps, burpees, power push-ups and sprinting. Do as many reps of each exercise as you can for 60s. Rest for 60s before moving between exercises. 2 sets of each exercise including rest will take just under 20minutes so it is very time efficient.
