Fat Burning Zone?
when do you burn the most fat? Or more importantly when do you burn the most calories?
We have all heard it before, you burn more fat with low intensity exercise. However, this is only true in one context. At low intensity exercise you burn more fat than carbs as a percentage.
However, at high intensity exercise you burn more fat (total) and more carbs (total) and obviously more calories total. More importantly you burn more calories after your session when the exercise session was performed at a high intensity.
As Suburban Bootcamp training sessions are mostly high intensity interval type exercises, you are always in the fat burning zone and for hours after the session! Even when you're relaxing watch TV
