Eating out is part of our lifestyle, particularly those with busy lives. When you can not always cook for yourself at home knowing what to eat and what to avoid can assist in managing your weight.


 When choosing off menus look for foods that are prepared with methods that do not contain oils or fats for preparation.

In Sydney we are lucky that there are many great restaurants and cafes with fabulous foods. From Asian, Mediterranean and to the European foods are all on offer. Here is a guide for dish selection when you are eating out.


Italian


When eating Italian keep your pasta servings to a modest size ask for half servings or entrée size. Choose the tomatoes sauces over the creamy and do not forget to order up a salad.
