Now i wish to thank Trent from Activ8 for new body. Wow, it feels so amazing to wake up each morning and find a new muscle group that say's 'hi we kinda loved that workout, when next?'

All except one day this week I have looked forward to my sessions since October, and what surprised me was on even that Tuesday I was still there waiting for my next session/humiliation.

And let me be clear, never once have I ever felt humiliated, that is my term for just how unfit I was/am!

It has been the most amazing 10 weeks of fun! I've gone from walking up those stairs once and humiliating myself being out of breath. And thursday running up them twice. And while you were off with Sue and not checking, I did run them. Only one being fooled if I did not was me!

My deepest and sincere thanks to you and Greg for the work you have done with me so far. I'm sold and subscribed and will just keep coming as I am loving it. I have a very high boredom factor, ie I get bored very very quickly. Its a challenge for me, my managers and you!

The company I work for are well aware of that limitation so keep me fully busy as they know if its interesting they get 200% effort. What I love about working with you is that its 200% different every time. I see now my clothes fit better, or way to loose and how I just look and think. More please!

Trent, your a life saver! I mean that very honestly, you have an skill to make people with unfit/bad bodies feel comfortable with where they are at and then help them improve. Your environment is perfect, its non threatening and comfortable. The location is awesome and just works on so many levels. hmm the stairs. well i almost sorta like them now.

Wishing you, Shelly and both your families a really great christmas and happy new year. Who knew when i picked a PT from Boston (and I did research it, thats my job) I would end up with one practically related to my best friend.
