Pause, reflect, move onwards and up

It's been a great week weather wise, and this morning was a great (juicey) end to a solid 4 weeks. We have some great new additions to the group, welcome to Joanne and Jon, Charlotte, and Jaleh.


At the end of each 4 week block it is the perfect opportunity to reflect and close off the last 4 weeks and also look forward and set your intentions for the next 4 weeks.


For those of you who set goals, rewards and consequences 4 weeks ago congratulations and acknowledgement if you hit them - enjoy your rewards (make sure you take them). If you didn't hit your goal, just take a few moments to reflect on why in a constructive way so that you build from it going forwards. Maybe you didn't set yourself a target and you are not a target sort of person. That is totally OK to.


My goal is 10 days of no caffeine and a seamless move to a new location for the group.

The 1 Year Mark - massive acknowledgement to Jane who has hit the 1 year mark with the group, she joins Tertia on this exclusive hall of fame. I checked the roll call and Jane has clocked up over 75 sessions so far and is close on 100. Great work.


10 Day Cleanse - starts on Monday, click here for more info and resources. Let me know if you are doing it. I am. Keep us updated with how you are finding it via the Facebook Page . The cleanse can be tough, mentally and physically so just listen to your body over the 10 days, make a plan and stick to it. Don't forget to fill the fridge and cupboards with lots of healthy options, lock away the treats, booze and processed food for 10 days. The first 3-4 days are the hardest, but it's a worthwhile journey.
