Class Competition
Well done to Tuesday 6.30pm cardio class. This class recorded the most 100% scores for members wearing Step into Life Merchandise in September. Each member of came to this timeslot throughout the month will receive a very special prize! Well done and Keep it up! This is an on-going competition, so with the start of the new month is the chance to make your class number 1!

Anyone can be a member of Step into Life regardless of age. This includes teenagers who may be in need of burning off excess energy over the summer months. Why not bring the kids along and train as a family?
