How many sessions to you do a week with SiL and on your own.
5 with SIL (more if I can fit in "extra" classes)
1 dance class outside of SIL
If I am in focus group or working on a specific goal, I will try to do more sessions on my own as well.
How many classes a week do you rebook or miss
It's rare I miss a class. I think I'm at one this year... I understand other things come up but for me I make training and fitness a priority. I don't miss showering because I'm busy so why would I miss training. Actually, training is a great release when the pressure is on!
Is training a priority in your week. Do you focus on yourself and make time
for you.
ABSOLUTELY. Not only does training get me great results, it makes me feel good. If I don't do it I feel sluggish and I don't sleep as well. It's an important part of my life and I won't compromise it.
Results: Tell me about your fitness and weight loss results to date.
To date I've lost 40kgs and more dress sizes than you can imagine! I lost the first 20kgs myself and then joined SIL.
The results have been MUCH better with Jaron and my SIL friends motivating me. I lost the further 20kgs BUT also lost 3-4 more dress sizes, made a HUGE difference in my measurements and also toned more areas of my body. My goal is for a final 5kgs, reduce my thighs and bum and tone my arms! But being fit is the ultimate goal and measurement changes along the way are a bonus.
Do you feel that training with SiL and achieving the results you have, has
in any way improved any other aspects of your life. Work, social life ,home
life etc
100%. Not only am I fitter, I am happier, healthier I have more energy and am willing to embrace physical challenges more than ever. I have taken the positive attitude and pushed it into other areas of my life challenging and pushing myself as best I can.
Was it easy to commit to 3 or more sessions a week.
Really easy, I fit my sessions in straight after work, so really if I had gone straight home I probably wouldn't have done much with that hour anyway once the TV is on etc. And Saturday mornings are such a great way to start the weekend.
Is it worth it the effort you put in each week.
YES YES YES I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone and there is no way I'd stop. The reward far out ways the effort!
What keeps you going each week? what gets you to class.
Motivation of felling great after class, from feeling fit and healthy and being able to wear clothes that make me feel great. It also helps knowing that if I did think about slacking off Jarons foot would be straight up my backside :)
And lastly why do you train as hard as you do.
Because I love it. It's a passion now, not a habit. I feel so great and the results are amazing. The harder I push the better it gets, so who can argue with that???
