MUSCLES WORKED:  Abdominal obliques, rectus abdominus, transverse adominus, quatradus lumborum.


GREAT FOR:  Toning love handles stomach.  Strengthening & increasing range of motion of lower back. 


TECHNIQUE TIPS: Begin with knees bent and feet flat on floor.  With hands by your sides, curl up in to an abdominal crunch so your lower back is pressed in against the floor.  Your hands should be just off the floor.  Keeping your chest at the same height throughout, reach out to the side and try to touch your heel.  Return to the starting position and alternate sides.  Exhale as you turn, inhale as you return.
