MUSCLES WORKED:  Abdominal obliques, triceps, deltoids.


GREAT FOR:  Toning love handles and arms. 


TECHNIQUE TIPS: Begin in a push up position with hands directly underneath shoulders, body straight and feet close together.  Bring one knee up and out to the side as close to your elbow as possible.  It is important to keep the hips still as you lift the leg up towards the elbow, as this is where your abdominals work hard to control your posture.  Slow controlled movement.
