The latest Australian promotion of healthy eating states that everybody should eat ‘two servings of fruit and five servings of vegetables daily’ in order to get a daily intake of nutrients.

But what if you love fruits but hate the sight of greens at meal times? Although this is a good guideline to ensure that you eat right, remember that variety is the real spice of life.
