MUSCLES WORKED:  Triceps, Deltoids.


GREAT FOR:  Toning arms and shoulders       


TECHNIQUE TIPS: Keep back straight and shoulders back & down.  Look straight ahead.  Bend the elbows so hips drop straight down, rather than leaning forward.


LEVELS:       1.  Feet flat on floor with knees bent


2.      Heels only with knees bent


3.      Heels only with legs straight


4.      Feet up on seat/bench


5.      Feet up on seat/bench & Rest weight across thighs.
