The best fat burning exercise done in Kangaroo Point
Below is an example of how to perform the Kettlebell swing correctly. I find it extremely frustrating watching personal trainers with no Kettlebell knowledge demonstrating and instructing the Kettlebell swing incorrectly. Too often i see personal trainers around Carindale and Kangaroo Point having their clients perform the Kettlebell swing with big knee bends almost to the point of doing a squat. This causes excess strain on the lower back.
When performed correctly the Kettlebell swing is a great exercise for burning huge amounts of calories. There is many other great benefits to the Kettlebell swing such as increasing force summation and the stretch reflects cycle, which ill go into more detail at a later stage.
