At Edge 1st Fitness we believe that for personal training to be appealing it needs to be exciting, and 20 minutes on a treadmill, followed by 20 minutes bench pressing and barbell curling is not exciting. It’s downright boring! We also believe that variety is the spice of life, so we built the only onsite-outdoor training facility on the Central Coast equiped with a sandpit and monkey bars.

Don’t be surprised if you find your self outside throwing sandbags or swinging sledgehammers into truck tires. You will get sweaty, sandy, maybe dirty, definitely fit and strong and never, ever bored.
