The Lane Cove National Park and the Garigal National Park have some excellent walking tracks and are also remnant of the areas original bushland. Some other great training locations on the North side of Sydney include local parks in Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Cammeray, Kirribilli and the beautiful leafy suburb of Mosman.

One on one personal training is a great option if you are new to exercise. A trainer will work at you at your own pace in an individual fashion. If you like the company and motivation of a few others alongside you, then you may like to try out small group training.

 

Bootcamps have become a very popular choice. Meeting with a small group a few morning each week, you will be pushed to your extremes military style. Your fitness will progress in leaps and bounds.

 

There are many fitness classes in studios and gyms around the north shore as well if you don’t like the idea of exercising outdoors.
