
At Glebe Step into Life, our clients range from students to retirees. Typical goals include losing kilos through to achieving personal bests in the City to Surf. Fitness levels vary from 'elite' to 'reformed couch potato'. Our job is to help our clients achieve their goals regardless of their current fitness levels.
We work in a very friendly manner. No matter what level you are at now, we believe you will find a happy home with us. Many of our clients have found new friends at Step into Life Glebe. Some clients have joined their kids up and a few have dragged their partners and flatmates along to join in the fun as well!
If you like doing it outdoors, we offer an exercise venue with views over Blackwattle Bay, through the ANZAC Bridge, to the Harbour Bridge! It really is a great location!
