
After serving over 4 years within the Australian Paratrooper regiment and a long childhood (still a kid at heart!) of outdoor treks and adventures, I firmly believe that fitness and outdoors go hand in hand. Educating a client about their programs is key to gaining maximum results, that will be there to stay and not creep back up on you later on.
Incorporating functionality into your training sessions also makes your program that will be much easier to stick to and enjoy at the same time. Experiencing the great outdoors and improving your lifestyle should be fun and exciting, lets face it, it beats waiting in line for a treadmill or circling a carpark.
