
Shane Suisted is the founder of Shane Suisted Personal Training and Athletic Conditioning. Shane is rapidly making a name for himself as one of the premier trainers in the Eastern suburbs, helping clients and athletes from all walks of life achieve their physique and sports performance goals.
Shane’s qualifications include a Diploma in Exercise Science (NZ); Certificate III & IV in Fitness, and has a PunchFit Trainer Certificate. With over 5 years experience active in the industry, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the health and fitness industry. Shane’s training methods include a mixture of weight training, conditioning, resistance bands, and boxing, as well as many other methods to produce significant strength, weight loss and performance gains.
Shane’s specialty is his disposition, to relate and understand people and his versatility to provide the highest quality training for every ability level from the beginner looking to increase muscle tone, and/or lose weight, and to increase their healthy lifestyle habits to fitness enthusiasts and sportspeople.
In addition to his work in the health and fitness industry, Shane played rugby union and rugby league in Australia and New Zealand at a representative level, as well as participating in athletics at a high level. Shane is also a passionate runner and he has participated in the City2Surf numerous times, a half marathon and various fun runs in Australia and New Zealand.
Shane has advanced knowledge in sports specific training, strength & conditioning, muscle building, weight loss and nutritional advice.
