I hope to be able to get the opportunity to work with you whether it be one on one or in a group situation. I am not afraid to try new things and my passion is you and your fitness. I have life experience which, i think adds to my ability to train as i understand where you are coming from and hopefully where we can get you to go.
Since starting my personal training career nearly 2 years ago now I have gone on to do further courses qualifying me in freestyle spin, PUNCHFIT boxing and group outdoor training or as some may know it as BOOTCAMP. I like to challenge myself with my most recent discovery being rowing, and with this as my goal I would like to inspire you also to do the same.
One area that I do spend a large focus with is also training Older Adults with injuries and illnesses. This area of the population is overlooked in the fitness industry, It is an area I have developed a passion in and would love to continue with. There currently are Fitness reahbilitation classes at Inline Fitness at Samford 4 times per week with classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. If you are an older adult who has an ongoing ailment i.e. Cardiovascular disease, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Diabetes or any other condition that could really benefit from a low level intensity form of exercise, please feel free to contact me for more information.
